Recovery Coach Training

Our philosophy begins with our belief in the value of life and business coaching for improving the lives of those facing addictions in filling the gap not met by other approaches.

Fall 2017 Recovery Coaching Certification Training starts on Thursday, August 24th, 2017.

We provide training that combines best practices in coaching with best practices in recovery.  Life coaches leave our program with a deep understanding of how to move clients forward in recovery, in practical terms and through an increase of self-awareness, mindfulness skills and communication skills (among others). We find that this approach supports clients in finding their own paths to ongoing recovery while creating healthy, stable, joyful and satisfying lives.

In addition to the Recovery Coach Training, we also offer Mentor Coaching and Continuing Education opportunities.

I was concerned about taking Recovery Coach training because I am not a professional counselor, therapist, or coach. My only credential is being the wife of a man with hard-core addiction. This class is one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. At Crossroads we are all equals—I am loved by the other students and I know I make an important contribution. I am so happy about my training and new career as a Recovery Coach.
